McDonalds’ Caesar salad is more fattening than their hamburger.

While the hamburger has more calories, the Caesar salad has more fat, particularly because of the dressings.

The McDonald’s Caesar salad was created to tackle society’s worries over obesity levels, but it was all smoke and mirrors. A full Caesar salad from McDonald’s (including the standard dressing and croutons) contains 425 calories and 21.4 grams of fat. This compares to the hamburger, which has only 253 calories and 7.7 grams of fat.
