Dead people can get goose bumps.

Some scientists have suggested that goosebumps are an evolutionary holdover from our early (hairier) ancestors, who kept themselves warm through an endothermic layer of heat they retained immediately beneath the hairs of their skin.

Dead bodies can get goosebumps, those tiny little bumps on your arms, legs and neck when you get cold or have an eerie feeling. It is a result of rigor mortis which causes the contraction of the tiny muscles under the hair follicles and simulates goosebumps.
