Are you SURE you're not mad at me?
"Anxiety is like that moment that your chair almost tips over, but it never stops."
Bold of me to constantly use the phrase “no worries!” when I am, in fact, constantly full of many worries.
You don't have to say yes to every argument you're invited to.
My neck, my back, my anxiety atttack.
Why sleep when you can overthink everything you've ever said?
r u mad at me lol
Take it easy for a little while.
I hope to make a book and raise awareness about mental health and my personal struggle with depression.
I’m just existing. Everyday is the same.
Buckle up, buttercup.
I say no worries a lot for someone who worries 101% of the time
Everyone gets a little anxious from time to time, it’s a completely normal human emotion in many life situations. But... for those who suffer from anxiety disorders
All I do is say 'no worries' and worry about things.
Sorry, I couldn’t hear you over my internal monologue.
Any chair can be a rocking chair if your anxiety is bad enough.
