Eating probiotic yoghurt could boost male fertility, a study found.

In one study, men who consumed a probiotic supplement for three months saw an increase in testosterone levels. This increase was attributed to the positive effect of probiotics on gut health and the reduction of inflammation. Additionally, probiotics can increase the production of FSH, which is critical for sperm production and maturation.
